GENTLE YOGA- For all levels

Location: The Bread Gallery, Brooklyn. (Space is limited, First come first serve!)

WHAT IS GENTLE YOGA?

Gentle yoga is a form of classical hatha Yoga that creates an atmosphere of safety and comfort that fosters self-acceptance and self-love. Designed to improved flexibility and promote stress reduction this class is suited for those of us looking to unwind from our daily lives. Also great for injuries. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!




 

 FLOW YOGA-For level 1 +

Beginning January 10th, Tuesday, 6:30pm. On going, Located at the Brooklyn Civic Center.


WHAT IS FLOW YOGA?

Flow Yoga is designed to increase stamina, flexibility, focus, and stress reduction, It will strengthen your core and promote better balance to aid in the prevention of injury's. Flow Yoga is a series of Yoga poses that are designed to re-connect your energy with the universe, to align chakras and bring peace of mind. Just as your breath (Prana-energy) flows in and out, in this class we to will flow in and out of our poses.This class is best suited for those familiar with Yoga looking for something a bit more challenging.
